GDS Ticketing Expert (Sabre/Amadeus)

Syntax Global is seeking an experienced GDS Booking Specialist to support our travel operations team. If you excel with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo and can manage reservations accurately and efficiently- this is a great opportunity to work with a growing global travel support team.

Responsibilities:

Manage flight, hotel and cruise bookings

Handle ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and fare searches

Support agents and clients with itinerary and booking queries

Ensure high accuracy and customer satisfaction

Qualifications :

Proven experience with major GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)

Excellent English communication skills

Willingness to work US time zones (night shift IST)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
