Primary skills

Knowledge and Hands on Experience with GCP cloud technology including Big Query, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Cloud deployment manager, IAM, VPC, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner and Cloud Pub/Sub. Should have worked on analytics and insights building. Should have experience on Google Cloud Dataproc with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.

Locaiton : Bangalore / Gurgaon - Hybrid

Secondary skills- Bigdata skills like Hive, Spark (Core / Pyspark), SQL, Python

Role & Responsibility:

GCP Professional Data Engineer with over 5 years of IT experience in designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting sophisticated data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, defining best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions. Experience required extracting data from a variety of sources.

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement state-of-the-art data pipelines using advanced GCP services. Responsible for cloud native fullstack application design, development and delivery. Lead technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Oversee the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of huge data sets, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Act as the primary technical liaison between the team and the client (Partner with Product Owner, Program Manager, Architect for timely delivery and deliver defect free, scalable, sustainable software), ensuring top-notch communication and understanding of requirements. Will be required to be thoroughly hands-on with front-end, back-end development and interfacing with data and analytics layer. Experience on agile project management methodologies and tools - Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket etc. GCP certifications preferred. Payments Industry Background would be nice to have.
