JD : (Gainsight Administrator)

5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or CS Ops roles with hands-on expertise in Gainsight.
Proven experience in configuring and optimizing Gainsight features like Journey Orchestrator , Scorecards , and CTAs .
Strong background in customer success operations, SaaS, or tech-focused environments is preferred.
Technical Skills :
Strong proficiency in Gainsight platform administration, configuration, and rules engine management.
Solid understanding of CS Ops metrics and how to manage them through Gainsight.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
Soft Skills :
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, balancing strategic objectives and operational requirements.
Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients.
