Funnel Hacker

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Funnel Hacker who can design, optimize, and scale high-converting marketing funnels. The ideal candidate understands consumer psychology, conversion strategies, landing page optimization, automation tools, and paid traffic ecosystems.

This role requires a strong blend of strategy, data analysis, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels (lead generation, webinar funnels, sales funnels, product launches).
• Analyze funnel performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates) and implement data-driven improvements.
• Create high-converting landing pages, sales pages, upsell/downsell sequences, and email automation workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions across landing pages, ads, and email sequences.
• Collaborate with content, design, and paid ads teams to ensure cohesive funnel execution.
• Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to improve overall funnel efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in funnel building / growth marketing / performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and buyer journeys.
• Experience with tools like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, Webflow, WordPress, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Basic copywriting skills for landing pages and email sequences.
