Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraising Manager based in Eranakulam The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to attract major donors, managing annual giving campaigns, and fostering relationships with charitable organizations and philanthropic groups. Responsibilities include maintaining clear and professional communication, identifying potential donors, organizing fundraising events, and supporting donor retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing CSR Projects.
• Strong skills in communication and collaboration to effectively engage stakeholders and share the organization's mission
• Understanding of philanthropy, charities, and non-profit operations
• Expertise in planning and managing campaigns
• Proficiency/interest in event planning and organizing donor-centered campaigns
• Professional degree/Master's Degree.
• Prior experience in fundraising or a similar role in non-profit organizations is a plus
• No experience in NGO field but experience in Marketing field with an interest in social sector.
