Job Summary:
As a Fund Servicing Specialist within JPMorgan Corporate and Investment Bank, you will foster an environment that prioritizes early escalation and guarantees thorough root cause analysis for operational incidents. You will take an active role in managing risk items and show adherence to key controls. You will also ensure that errors and incidents are resolved promptly in accord
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and validate Income & Mandatory Corporate actions.
- Investigate and close income exceptions per schedule.
- Manage daily workflow within the Asset Services team.
- Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning.
- Ensure robust team structure via training and succession planning.
- Complete daily controls and processing, including client service enquiry resolution.
- Produce key metrics within given timelines.
- Own issues related to Asset Services and escalate timely.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist managers in governance and supervisory control implementation.
- Provide Associate cover when needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Hold a B Com/CA/MBA with minimum 3 years in asset servicing or investment domain.
- Exhibit strong investigation skills and resolve queries effectively.
- Focus on deadlines and work efficiently under tight schedules.
- Be a supportive team player for overall team delivery.
- Maintain high attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate operational subject matter expertise, e.g., Reconciliation, Settlements.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Possess a reconciliation background for transaction comparison and resolution.
- Have client service experience in Financial Services for effective liaison.
- Show drive, energy, and enthusiasm in your work.
- Display high levels of integrity and operate with open, honest interaction.

- Engage proactively in team and client interactions.
