Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Architect with 13 to 15 years of experience specializing in SAP IBP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research and Development Finance and Accounting. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business processes and drive efficiency within the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of SAP IBP with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP IBP configuration and customization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Develop detailed functional specifications and technical documentation for SAP IBP projects.Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of SAP IBP solutions.Train and mentor junior team members on SAP IBP functionalities and best practices.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system operation.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all SAP IBP implementations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP IBP processes.Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status risks and opportunities.Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for SAP IBP solutions.Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 13 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in Research and Development Finance and Accounting domains.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Show proficiency in developing functional specifications and technical documentation.Have a proven track record of successful SAP IBP project delivery.Display the ability to mentor and train junior team members.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
