Were building The Love Project, a unique functional food brand, and we're looking for sharp, hungry people to join us at the ground floor as we go from 0 to 1 and beyond. Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 3-7 yrs experience in a D2C/FMCG startup (depends on candidate strength and relevance of experience)
- Own the revenue engine - 0-1 and 1-10 stages - someone who has actually scaled online sales
- Hands-on experience - personally run Meta/Google ads
- Manage Amazon marketplace + Amazon ads (preferably run them as well)
- QCom experience is a big plus
- Build a retention system and run it (Email, WhatsApp, Subscriptions etc.)
- Comfortable owning revenue, CAC, TACOS, and other reporting metrics
- Scrappy operator and data focused - an executor, not an agency coordinator
