Our client is an AI-driven SaaS company building intelligent automation products for

corporate finance teams. Their platform automates core back-office workflows across

Vendor Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Planning

using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing. The

solutions are cloud-native, enterprise-grade, and designed to deliver real-time visibility into

cash performance while reducing operational friction.

The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in building and scaling an AI/ML-enabled SaaS platform that

addresses complex problems in the FinTech domain. This is a hands-on technical leadership

position where you will own key platform components and contribute directly to product

architecture, system design, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and development of core product platform areas hosted on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver roadmap-driven outcomes.
• Partner closely with business and product teams to deliver measurable client value.
• Champion engineering excellence, best practices, and a strong technology-first culture.
• Contribute to architectural decisions involving scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

Core Requirements

• Strong experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud-native development on AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production-grade deployments.
• Solid exposure to Kubernetes, containers, and service mesh technologies such as Istio.
• Experience with workflow engines and enterprise integrations (SSO, email, etc.).
• Strong system design and data modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS and distributed data stores.
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience building and shipping complex software products.
• Comfortable operating in startup environments with ambiguity, resource constraints, and evolving priorities.
• Strong alignment with Agile development practices and engineering best practices.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS services such as Step Functions, RDS, Cassandra, Kinesis,
• and ELK.
• Exposure to graph databases and Big Data platforms.
• Proficiency in Node.js or similar backend programming languages.
• Prior experience building enterprise-grade FinTech or workflow-driven platforms.
