What Youll Build (Day 1 Impact)

Youll be building core systems :

• Investor dashboards used in live deals
• Deal pipelines, CRM automations, data ingestion flows
• AI-assisted tools (RAG, LLM workflows)
• Internal ops tools that replace Excel + WhatsApp chaos.
• This is production software , not side projects.

Tech Stack

We care more about thinking than buzzwords, but today we use:

• Frontend: React / Next.js
• Backend: Node.js / Python
• DB: Postgres / Supabase
• Infra: AWS / Vercel
• AI: OpenAI / Claude / embeddings / RAG pipelines

You should be someone who:

• Can ship end-to-end features without hand-holding
• Writes reasonably clean, readable code
• Is curious about AI, finance, startups, and systems
• Wants responsibility early , not 3 years later
