Full Stack Developer – Enterprise Monitoring

Enterprise Monitoring team is building the next generation of intelligent monitoring systems that predict failures, automate responses, and provide deep insights into our complex, large-scale infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Implement Monitoring Solutions:

Develop and enhance Monitoring-as-a-Service (MaaS) frameworks leveraging Dynatrace APIs and automation capabilities.

Create reusable templates/Self-help solutions and dashboards for application, infrastructure, and cloud monitoring.

Automate setup and configuration of Dynatrace entities (Management Zones, alerting profiles, tags, etc.) using Python or CI/CD pipelines.

Application Development & Integration:

Build and maintain React-based front-end portals for monitoring self-service and visualization.

Develop Python-based automation scripts or backend services to integrate Dynatrace with other tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes).

AI & Analytics:

Utilize Dynatrace Davis AI for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and proactive alerting.

Develop custom metrics, event ingestion, and DQL-based insights for observability enhancement.

Collaboration & Governance:

Work closely with SRE, DevOps, and Cloud teams to define monitoring standards and SLAs.

Contribute to observability architecture and governance models across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Document processes, APIs, and monitoring playbooks to support self-service adoption.

Qualification

Mandate requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Technical Science or similar
• Experience in software development projects; front-end and backend development
• Experience in unit, integration, system, and regression testing
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java programming language and other e.g., JavaScript, Python, Typescript
• Experience in frameworks like: React , Spring boot, Spring MVC, and Java Spring
• Experience in software development tools e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git, SVN, Jenkins
• Experience and interest in designing and building solutions using cloud platform such as AWS & Azure
• Strong interest in growing own technical skills
• Ability to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver
• Good presentation and communications skills in written and spoken on English

We also value previous experience in some of the following and interest to grow on the others:

• Experience and/or interest in container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
• Knowledge of UNIX or Linux environments
• J2EE, Restful Webservices, Node.js
• Advanced proficiency in Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement
