1 Full Stack Engineer (React, Next.js, Node, Python, Cloud)

3 Generative AI Engineer (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCPs, LLMOps, Automation)

4 Cloud & DevOps (AI-assisted infra automation)

2 Flutter Mobile App Developer

What Does AI-Native Mean?

Use AI coding tools daily (Cursor / Claude Code / ChatGPT etc.)

Can live vibe-code and ship features in hours (not weeks)

Think in prompts, agents, automations, workflows

Build fast. Iterate faster.

Have GitHub proof of work

If you still code like its 2023 this role is not for you.

Non-Negotiable Skill

You must know how to use modern AI coding tools to:

Build production apps fast

Automate workflows

Create AI agentic systems
