Hiring: Front Office Testing Asset Management

We are looking for experienced Front Office QA Professionals with strong exposure to Asset Management and Capital Markets environments. If you have hands-on expertise in Trade & Order Management Systems and a strong background in UAT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Smoke, Regression, Integration & UAT Testing
• Work extensively on Trade & Order Management Systems
• Conduct SQL-based data validation and analysis
• Understand data models, data flows, and business data architecture
• Manage defect tracking using tools like JIRA / HP ALM
• Lead test coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Work closely with Front & Middle Office teams

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Asset Management (Front/Middle Office)
• Advanced SQL & database validation skills
• Expertise in UAT (End-to-End mandatory)
• Experience in SIT, Regression & Automation Testing
• Exposure to Accounting functions Pricing, Corporate Actions, Valuations, Collateral & Reconciliations
• Experience in Order Management Systems (preferably Charles River)

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Eagle / Portia / SimCorp or other accounting platforms
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets lifecycle
