Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Front Desk Executive located in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining reception area professionalism. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support, organizing documentation, and facilitating smooth communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and handling correspondence
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times
• Computer literacy and familiarity with office productivity tools
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to day-to-day challenges
• Prior experience in a similar role or customer service is a plus
