Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a front dest officer/ Receptionist. The front dest officer will be responsible for customer service, paitient enquiry , communication,operations, and billing on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills.
