Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Manager will oversee and manage receptionist duties, maintain a positive customer service experience, handle reservations, and assist with inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities will include fostering excellent communication with clients, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive client experience
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including scheduling and managing front desk operations
  • Effective verbal and written Communication skills
  • Ability to handle Reservations efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic environments
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant office software and tools is beneficial
