Job Title: Management Trainee (Fresher Hiring) - Night Shift

Location: 175, EPIP 2nd Phase, KIADB Industrial Area, Whitefield, Brookfield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

Salary Package: 2,53,200 per annum + 1,00,000 (Loyalty Bonus)

Benefits: Provident Fund and ESI Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand and gather job requirements from US clients.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using recruitment software.
• Stay updated on US recruitment regulations and market trends.
• Represent company values and culture as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for sourcing candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
