• Handle daily operations related to student internships in France.
• Coordinate with French hotel partners, recruiters, and international agents .
• Manage student documentation, interview scheduling, and joining confirmations .
• Ensure placements are completed within company SOP timelines .
• Maintain live tracking of student status and placement progress .
• Communicate with students and partners in French & English .
• Escalate delays and operational issues to senior operations management.
• Prepare weekly reports and performance dashboards .
• Maintaining Drive.
• Translating documents in french.

• Graduate/masters in hospitality, Management, International Business, or related field .
• Bachelors/Masters in French language.
• French language proficiency (B1/B2 or higher mandatory) .
• 15 years experience in operations, student placements, education consultancy, or hospitality recruitment .
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills .
• Ability to handle multiple students, deadlines, and international stakeholders .
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & reporting tools .
• Highly organized, disciplined, and detail oriented.
• Good working knowledge of Canva Pro.
