Are you an Embedded Systems expert with a passion for teaching and simplifying complex concepts?

We are looking for an experienced SME / Trainer who can upskill our Executive Search Recruiters on the technical fundamentals of the Embedded domain.

About the Training

Our recruitment team works on high-level Embedded Systems mandates and requires expert-led technical training to:

• Understand the architecture & components of Embedded Systems
• Interpret key skills, technologies & tools in candidate profiles
• Improve technical screening & sourcing accuracy
• Gain confidence while interacting with engineering talent

This training will be delivered online/offline at our Peenya office , and is designed to be short-term and focused .

Who Were Looking For

We invite trainers/freelance consultants who have:

Strong hands-on expertise in Embedded Systems development

Prior experience in corporate training / technical coaching

Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter in Embedded Systems vertical

Ability to break down complex engineering concepts for non-technical audiences

Availability for short-duration, online / offline sessions
