We are looking to engage Freelance Software Engineers to work with an early-stage, product-focused startup environment in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for engineers who have hands-on experience building modern web products and enjoy contributing to fast-moving, 01 product journeys.

We are hiring for two tracks:

• Frontend Engineer (React)
• Backend Engineer (Go / Golang)
  

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable product features
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
• Ship features rapidly in a startup environment
  

• 24 years of overall software engineering experience
• At least 2 years of experience working with startups or product-driven teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  

• Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience building responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
• Familiarity with state management, component-based architecture, and APIs
• Experience working closely with designers and product teams
  

• Strong experience with Go (Golang)
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs
• Familiarity with RESTful services, databases, and backend architecture
• Understanding of performance, concurrency, and system reliability
  

• Experience working on 01 product builds
• Prior experience with AI-first or deep-tech startups
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern deployment practices
