This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Franchise Manager. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations at franchise locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing relationships with franchisees. Their key responsibilities include developing and implementing business and marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure franchise growth and operational excellence.

• Strong understanding of Franchise Management, Business Operations, and Team Leadership
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
• Proficiency in Relationship Management and Interpersonal Communication
• Knowledge of Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Previous franchise management experience is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida
