Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with business objectives
• Perform detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide insights to management
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis

Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making and strategy execution
• Assist in board presentations, investor reports, and ad-hoc financial analysis

Reporting & Management Communication

• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor key business metrics, KPIs, and trends to proactively highlight risks and opportunities

Cost & Efficiency Initiatives

• Support cost optimization initiatives and efficiency improvement projects

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and reporting requirements

Candidate Requirements

Qualification & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, MBA is also fine
• Strong experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial modeling, business partnering, and team handling

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus
