Someone who has:

Felt the pain of bad hires
Strong opinions about people

Im building multiple zero-to-one ventures.
Talent quality here is not a support function its a core strategic lever.
This role is for someone who:
Thinks in trajectory , not resumes
Protects culture ruthlessly
Values long-term compounding over short-term speed
Wants to sit close to the founder and shape teams across ventures
This is NOT for:
Traditional HR professionals
Agency recruiters
Process-heavy TA profiles
This IS for:
Ex-founders / early startup builders
Early-stage talent partners (10100 people phase)
