Role Description
We are seeking a talented and driven individual for a full-time Founding GTM (Go-to-Market) role at GritWorks. Youll work directly with the CEO & CTO to design and execute our US go-to-market strategy defining ICPs, building outbound systems, enabling founder-led sales, and driving enterprise deal execution.
What we are looking for
- 45 years in enterprise SaaS GTM / RevOps / early-stage sales
- Experience with US enterprise markets
- Strong executive communication skills
- Process-builder mindset (comfortable in ambiguity)
- Proficiency with AI tools & CRM systems
- Willingness to work US timezones when required
