Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer. As a Founding Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software systems. Responsibilities include writing efficient code, developing machine learning algorithms, optimizing algorithms for best performance, collaborating on product roadmaps, and working cross-functionally to integrate AI-driven solutions into various healthcare applications. You will play a key role in shaping the technical strategy and architecture of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development, including programming languages like Python and Rust
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data-driven engineering
• Experience in cloud engineering, distributed systems, and creating scalable architectures in GCP
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical reasoning, and ability to address complex challenges
• Prior experience in healthcare technology or data-related projects is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
