Role Description

We are looking for a Founding CTO / Head of AI who can own the entire technology vision, help us white-label and integrate existing AI technologies, and build proprietary AI products under MindroaxAI Labs.

This is not a service-only role. This is a builder + co-creator role, where you will shape products, architecture, and long-term IP.

Daily tasks include providing technical leadership, handling the architecture and design of AI solutions, overseeing product development lifecycles, and driving strategic IT initiatives to align with the company's business goals. Collaboration across teams to ensure a cohesive alignment between technical and business strategies is a key aspect of this role.

• Own end-to-end technology strategy for MindroaxAI
• Architect and deploy LLM-based systems (open-source & private models)
• Integrate and white-label third-party AI calling technologies under our brand
• Design secure Private LLM deployments for enterprise clients
• Lead development of in-house AI products (MindroaxAI Labs)
• Build scalable backend systems (APIs, pipelines, infra)
• Guide AI vision systems (OCR, video/image intelligence where needed)
• Take technical ownership of client PoCs production deployments
• Hire, mentor, and scale the engineering team over time

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Experience with fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases
• Ability to integrate external AI APIs/SDKs and white-label products
• Solid backend experience (Python / Node / FastAPI / Django, etc.)
• Cloud architecture knowledge (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Understanding of data security, privacy, and enterprise deployments
• Product mindset ability to build real-world, monetizable AI solutions
