About Rancho Labs

Rancho Labs is an ed-tech company founded in 2020 by IIT Delhi alumni, on a mission to build an Edutainment brand that inspires kids to fall in love with experiential learning and develop skills in technology, problem-solving, product development, and entrepreneurship.

The Role


As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll work as a direct extension of leadership sitting at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You'll own high-impact initiatives, drive cross-functional projects, and help shape the company's most ambitious goals. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving problems, and wants real ownership from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Research

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities; distill findings into concise briefs and decision-ready dashboards
  • Identify and evaluate startup schemes, grant programs, and ecosystem initiatives relevant to the business
  • Conduct stakeholder and partnership analyses to surface collaboration opportunities and inform strategic positioning

Data & Business Intelligence

  • Own the tracking of key business metrics and KPIs across functions
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that directly inform founder and leadership decision-making



Investor Relations & Fundraising

  • Lead outreach efforts to prospective investors; manage pipeline tracking and follow-up communications
  • Prepare supporting materials for funding conversations including decks, data rooms, and research summaries

High-Impact Execution

  • Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end from new product launches and pilot programs to operational setups
  • Coordinate across teams to maintain alignment, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery

Founder Support & Chief of Staff Functions

  • Serve as a close partner to the Founder attend key meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-throughs happen
  • Build and maintain systems for communication, task tracking, and team productivity

People & Operations

  • Support hiring workflows including sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding new team members
  • Assist in establishing operational processes that scale with the team

Communications, Marketing & Brand

  • Draft and refine professional communications emails, reports, investor updates, and internal memos
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns, including content creation and outreach coordination
  • Assist with design deliverables such as pitch decks, presentations, and digital brand assets, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual identity

Who You Are


  • 24 years of experience in a startup, consulting, strategy, or operations role
  • Strong communicator with an instinct for clear, compelling writing
  • Analytically minded with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Proactive self-starter with a bias for action and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable wearing many hats across research, execution, and coordination
  • Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus
