Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founders Office position located in Bengaluru. The person in this role will provide direct support to the Founder and in turn the senior leadership team of the company. Looking for that one person who is a multi tasker, highly driven in executing tasks, fostering Relationships be it with Doctors, Vendors, Partners and other Stakeholders. This role should attract those who desire to lead an organisation in the future. Because in this role you will shadow a Founder who runs various businesses, sits on numerous boards, has leadership roles in Business Owner led organisation like YPO, heads a sports body, serves on the advisory board of a global university etc hence a great breeding ground for someone who wants to learn and who wants to lead in the future. You will be part of the core team of soonicorn hence what should attract you is the learning, the huge earning you will get from your esop besides the remuneration, the last should definitely not be the decision-making factor,

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
• Big plus would be Making quality presentations & financial models, knowledge of communities, social media marketing, e-commerce etc
• Proven ability to drive complex projects to completion while managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a healthcare or tech company is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in one or more Indian languages is a plus
• Passionate about improving healthcare for women in India
• Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in other languages (Hindi, Kannada etc) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
