About the Role
This is a Founders Office role a generalist horizontal role, not a standard internship.
You work directly with the founder across strategic, operational, experimental, and high-stakes projects.
If you want a role that compresses 23 years of experience and learning into six months, this is that role. And you can ask this to quite a few interns who walked the same path and joined us full-time eventually as well.
Stipend: 12,00020,000/month, based on what you bring to the table readily.
PPO: Possible within 812 weeks based on performance
What You Will Do
- Research + analysis across business, market, competitors, events
- Content, communication, presentations, and leadership-level documentation/reports
- Coordinate across marketing, events, partnerships, and growth teams
- Own mini-projects end-to-end
- Be the zero-to-one problem solver for anything that lands on the FO desk
- Own new product packaging end-to-end
- Identify efficiency bottlenecks within org and attempt solving those

- Strong writing and structured thinking
- Strong written and spoken communication

- Ability to handle ambiguity
- Ability to learn new tools & workflows quickly
- High reliability - should never need follow up twice
- Working from Office- Baner, Pune
