We're building the default data infrastructure layer for global construction. Contineu uses 360 helmet-mounted cameras and AI to automate construction quality inspection replacing WhatsApp photos and Excel trackers with 3D spatial intelligence. We work with India's largest developers, process millions of images weekly, and are backed by SenseAI Ventures, Piper Serica and Entrepreneurs First.

We're 2 founders, a small engineering team, and we're hiring one person to be the operational backbone of the company.


The Role

You'll work directly with both co-founders across sales, product, deployments, and everything in between. This is not an assistant role. You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between a CEO who moves fast and a CTO who thinks deep.


What your weeks will actually look like:

You'll sit on a sales call with a developer in Pune and send the follow-up email before the call ends. You'll take a messy voice memo from the founders about pricing strategy, partner conflicts, and a product idea all in 4 minutes and turn it into 3 separate action items with owners and deadlines. You'll attend the engineering standup, hear that a feature is blocked, and connect it to a client commitment the sales side made last week. You'll update the sprint board, chase the DWG files from a new client, draft a partnership term sheet using last month's template, prep talking points for a channel partner meeting, and post a LinkedIn content brief to the agency all in the same day.

You'll track what both founders committed to on calls and make sure it actually happens, because neither of them will remember to check.


The specific areas you'll own:


Sales Operations Pipeline tracking, lead follow-ups, proposal and BOQ drafting, sales collateral maintenance (pitch docs, FAQs, objection guides, case studies), channel partner coordination and meeting prep, prospect research and outreach.

Product Operations Sprint planning and tracking, product roadmap maintenance, running standups, following up on engineering blockers, translating between the business side and the engineering side so neither operates in a vacuum. You don't need to write code. You need to understand what's being built, what's blocked, and what it means for client commitments.

Deployment Coordination New site onboarding (collecting client files, coordinating platform setup, scheduling channel partner training), monitoring active sites for scan quality and usage, first-line troubleshooting triage.

Content & Marketing Ops Coordinating with our LinkedIn agency, turning founder voice memos into content briefs, managing CII/CREDAI event logistics and speaking slot applications.

Fundraising Support Investor data room maintenance, metrics tracking, pitch deck updates.


What we're looking for


  • You process information fast across a breadth of categories, and are able to form links between datapoints.
  • You think in next steps, not categories. When something lands on your desk, your instinct isn't "let me understand the full context." It's "who do I email, what do I say, and by when."
  • You write well enough that we'd send your draft to a client without editing.
  • You hold people accountable without being annoying about it.
  • You can sit in a technical standup and a sales call on the same day and connect dots between them.
  • You learn domains fast. Construction doesn't need to be in your background.

Location: Bengaluru (in-office)

Experience: 1-3 years. Ex-consulting, ex-startup ops, ex-B2B SaaS, or sharp MBA grads. Construction background not required.
