About the Role
As a Founders Office Associate, you will work directly with the founders on high-priority business initiatives across strategy, operations, growth, analytics, and special projects. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can combine strategic thinking with strong execution.
You will work on business-critical priorities, support decision-making across functions, and help drive alignment and momentum on the companys most important initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders on strategic, operational, and cross-functional projects
- Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, business analysis, and opportunity assessment
- Support internal business reviews, planning cycles, leadership updates, and key presentations
- Track execution across critical initiatives and drive closure on high-priority action items
- Build structured dashboards, reports, and decision-support analyses for business planning
- Partner with teams across growth, product, operations, partnerships, and hiring on special projects
- Solve real-time business problems with speed, structure, and attention to detail
- Help the founders stay ahead on key deliverables, priorities, and follow-through
What Were Looking For
- Strong academic background from a reputed institution
- 13 years of experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, strategy, or business roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High ownership, strong work ethic, and ability to operate with discretion
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly with sound judgment
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and structured business communication
