Formulation Scientist (Skin Care)

About the Role

We are looking for a Cosmetic Formulator with hands-on experience in skincare formulation to join our team. This role involves working closely on product development and supporting formulation activities in a growing D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve skincare formulations such as serums, creams, moisturizers, cleansers, and sunscreens
• Conduct formulation trials, ingredient evaluation, and stability testing
• Ensure formulations align with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Support scale-up activities in collaboration with R&D and production teams
• Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and test results
• Stay updated on ingredients, formulation techniques, and industry developments

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
• Experience: 14 years of experience in cosmetic or skincare formulation
• Knowledge of emulsions, actives, and texture development
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
