Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Manager / Staff, located in Jaipur. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing daily operations of the store, providing exceptional customer service, enhancing the customer experience, and overseeing store management activities. The position includes organizing and managing staff schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills - English Speaking is must.
• Past experience in managing store
• Experience in Operations Management and Store Management
• Proficiency in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Jaipur
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks

Shift Timing : 12 PM to 12 AM

Location : Park Infinia, Raja Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan
