Business Finance Manager | Gurgaon (WFO 6 Days)

Experience: 4+ yrs of Exp (post CA qualifcation)

Role Overview

Own operating finance and partner closely with business, credit, sales, and operations teams. Drive unit economics, cost discipline, and profitability through strong MIS, insights, and decision support in a high-growth lending environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own weekly/monthly operating MIS: disbursals, AUM, NIM, cost of funds, credit cost, DPD, roll rates, collections, productivity, and opex ratios
• Develop channel, product, branch, and city-level profitability and unit economics (BC/DSA included)
• Track and control fixed & variable costs; design guardrails and productivity-linked frameworks
• Partner with credit & collections on roll rates, recoveries, provisioning, and portfolio quality impact
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Prepare founder-ready dashboards, board packs, and CFO support materials

What Were Looking For

• 4-10 years in business finance / FP&A / commercial finance
• Experience in NBFC, lending fintech, banking, or similar high-velocity environments
• Strong grasp of P&L drivers, unit economics, and operating metrics
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; dashboarding experience
• High ownership, strong business partnering, clear communicator
