We are looking for candidates with 8+ years of post qualification experience.

Job Description:

1. Lead the annual business planning process by collaborating with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

2. Establish and strengthen financial systems and processes across the organization for efficiency and compliance.

3. Monitor and optimize the companys working capital cycle, ensuring smooth operations and healthy cash flow.

4. Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, fund allocation, and liquidity management.

5. Ensure robust corporate governance, statutory compliance, and timely dissemination of MIS reports to management.

6. Manage vendor relationships to support supply chain efficiency, negotiate optimal cost structures, and maintain service continuity.

7. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting and auditing activities, maintaining compliance with applicable standards.

8. Oversee direct and indirect tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely filings and minimizing tax exposure.

9. Track performance against the business plan (Actual vs Planned) and recommend corrective actions wherever required.

10. Drive cost management initiatives to achieve operational efficiencies and support profitability.
