Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree with (1 Year to 5 Years) can apply.

Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)

Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply

Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.

Willingness to work in all Shifts

Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory

**Desired candidate should be having below experience into below mentioned skills**

Financial control Analyst/Suspense Analyst

• Experience should be into the skill of General ledger, O2C, R2R, Reconciliation.
• To provide support to the control environment with respect to line of business systems and their interaction with the General Ledger.
• Responsible for processing financial transactions to prevent growth of suspense balance items, specifically the more complex items.
• Responsible for ensuring that core accounting data is complete and accounting reconciliations are produced in line with required timescales. Responsible for ensuring that the exception management process and relationship with Customer Services is effective. Identifying process issues and putting preventative and robust controls in place.
• Supporting change within Operational Finance and the Operational Finance aspects of regulatory change and change driven by new reporting requirements and corporate incidents.
• This will involve effectively working with both internal business partners as well as the Clients.
