Financial Analyst (Revenue Ops)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations / Finance Analyst to support revenue monitoring, financial controls, and process improvements. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and scalability across revenue and settlement workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-- Revenue Monitoring & Analysis

• Track transaction-level financial data across internal systems and external partners
• Build and maintain reconciliation frameworks to validate revenue and settlements
• Prepare structured reports highlighting variances, trends, and key operational insights

-- Financial Controls & Closing

• Support revenue schedules and monthly closing activities
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and reconciliation backups
• Assist in strengthening financial governance across operational workflows

-- Process & Systems Improvement

• Identify gaps in reporting or data tracking and propose scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows
• Contribute to dashboards and structured MIS for revenue performance tracking

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Chartered Accountant
• 13 years of experience in finance operations, revenue analytics, or fintech/payments (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills with comfort handling structured datasets and reconciliation logic
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance accuracy and speed
