Job Summary

We are seeking an Accountant with minimum 23 years of experience who has strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial terminologies, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally and working knowledge of MS Office. Experience in real estate accounting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities -

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle cash flow management and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping in Tally
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
• Maintain documentation and proper filing of financial records
• Monitor project-wise accounting (preferred for real estate experience)

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 23 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology
• Knowledge of cash flow management
• Proficiency in Tally (Mandatory)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred (Option but advantageous)

• Experience in real estate accounting
• Familiarity with project-based accounting
