Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Entry & Reporting
  • Perform accounts entry in ERP (Oracle).
  • Prepare and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports.
  • Accounts Payables & Remittances
  • Handle accounts payables including foreign remittances.
  • Ensure timely processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Book Closure & Reconciliation
  • Manage closure of company books of accounts.
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy.
  • Handle closure of bank books of accounts.
  • Trade Finance Operations
  • Create Letters of Credit (LC).
  • Execute Bank Guarantees (BG) and other finance-related IOMs/documents.
  • Coordinate with banks and cross-functional teams for finance-related activities.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of export finance-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.


Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience
