• Finance Specialist – Contract to billing 

  What this job involves:

  Responsibilities:

• New Client code creation
• New Contract creation
• New Project Code creation
• Set up Client address and other mandatory details in PS required for Invoicing
• Directly review & coordinate with Business for client invoicing and revenue recognition
• Submission of invoice to Business or Client as applicable
• Report the invoicing status to Business or DC team coordinator
• Complete ownership on invoicing end to end cycle
• All People Soft data entry related activities Synergy between multiple teams in Finance and Business
• Omit duplicity of work in document sanitization
• Validation of documents to create the invoice
• Accrual validation & booking

• Requirements:

                 

• Degree holder – preferred B. Com
• Invoicing / Billings experience of at least 4 year
• Strong attention to detail, well organised, ability to prioritize work within tight operational and financial deadline
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Fluency in spoken and written English essential
• Peoplesoft knowledge and experience
• Strong Excel Knowledge
• Good Accounting Knowledge, Communication and Analytical Skills
