ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

We are looking for a motivated Finance & Operations Intern to support our cost tracking, purchasing, and financial operations.

This internship is ideal for someone who wants real-world exposure to how a growing business manages:

Costs and profitability

Purchasing and vendor coordination

Cash flow tracking

Financial reporting

You will work closely with management and gain hands-on experience that goes far beyond academic accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cost & Job Tracking

Assist in maintaining job cost sheets

Track material, labor, and expense data

Compare estimated vs actual costs

Help prepare basic profitability reports

Purchasing & Vendor Support

Assist with purchase orders and quotations

Maintain vendor pricing records

Help compare supplier prices

Coordinate with vendors for documentation

Finance & Reporting Support

Track invoices and payment status

Assist with accounts receivable tracking

Update Excel reports for management

Maintain organized financial records

General Operational Support

Help improve tracking and reporting systems

Assist in data cleanup and documentation

Support finance and operations teams as needed

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Required:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong Excel skills

Basic understanding of accounting

Good attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Comfortable working from office

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Internship or project experience in finance/accounts

Familiarity with Tally, Excel, or ERP systems

Interest in business operations and cost control

Strong organizational skills
