We are hiring a full-time, on-site Finance Manager to join our team in Indore.
In this role, you will take ownership of global client engagements, lead delivery across accounting and finance workstreams, and serve as a key bridge between clients and the internal team. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, timeliness, and technical accuracy while contributing to financial strategy and operational improvements.
This position offers exposure to international clients and the opportunity to work within a fast-growing global finance execution platform.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead financial review meetings with global clients
Manage and mentor a team of Finance Associates
Review and ensure technical accuracy of accounting and reporting outputs
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closures
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously under defined timelines
Prepare management reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPI dashboards
Conduct financial analysis and support budgeting and forecasting
Develop and maintain structured reporting dashboards
Support financial modeling, projections, and valuation assignments where required
Qualifications and Requirements:-
Chartered Accountant, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 6 years of experience in US or UK accounting and finance
Strong exposure to US GAAP, US taxation, or UK accounting frameworks
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms
Experience handling US or UK payroll processing
Experience working with global SMEs, startups, or scale-ups
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
Must be based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh (on-site role)
Experience leading and managing finance teams
Financial modeling and valuation experience
Experience building dashboards and management reporting frameworks
