Role Description

This is a full-time HYBRID role for a Finance Manager located in Faridabad. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, budgets, and forecasts to ensure sustainability and profitability. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing data for strategic decision-making, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing accounting operations. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to enhance financial processes and deliver insights to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in accounting, auditing, and regulatory compliance
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• experience of 3-5 years in R2R domain are a plus
• Analytical skills for financial and business data interpretation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
• Proven experience with ERP systems and accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus)
• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory frameworks within the financial domain
