Finance Manager (CA Preferred)

We are looking for a Finance Manager (CA preferred) for our Bengaluru office. This is a full-time on-site role where you will oversee and manage the companys financial planning and reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, budgeting, performing financial analysis, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance with statutory regulations
• Competence in using financial tools, software, and Excel for data analysis
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• CA certification preferred; a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required
• Proven experience in a financial management or similar role; experience in the technology or entertainment sector is a plus
