Finance Manager ( America)

Detailed Job Description

The Finance Manager is primarily responsible for the finance. planning and analysis working closely with the business leaders for Americas communication business with revenues of 800 mio$. The role involves financial planning and analysis, including Annual Budgeting, Rolling Forecast, Variance analysis, Monitoring of Accounts Receivable, Unbilled and DSO, Controlling the cost as per approved Pricing, Sales inventive computation, etc. It also involves preparation of the P&L for the business, presentation of the performance and drive actions on cost optimization and margin improvements. Essentially this a business partnering role from the finance function .

Education / Experience required:

• Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Engineer with MBA / Masters in finance with 8+ years experience in Financial Accounting Analysis and Controllership
• Excellent soft skills and communication, with initiative and excellent excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in a Software company/Service Company a plus

Experience of working in SAP and Board tool will be an asset.
