Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial operations. The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, and maintaining accurate financial records to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting entries and ledger maintenance (Tally)

Billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

Vendor payments and expense tracking

Bank and payment reconciliation

Payroll coordination and support in PF, ESIC & GST

Basic MIS and financial reporting

Requirements:

B.Com / relevant finance qualification

13 years of experience

Knowledge of Tally & Excel

Basic understanding of GST, PF & ESIC
