Job Role: Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our growing team at GreatKapital. This role is

ideal for professionals with exposure to industry-level and client-facing finance operations.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end responsibility and will work closely

with stakeholders / business teams / clients to ensure successful delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping entries

Maintain accurate books of accounts and journal entries

Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations

Support statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT)

Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation

Prepare basic MIS reports and support monthly closures

Assist in variance analysis and reporting

Process vendor payments and track receivables ageing

Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements

Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and banks

Assist Finance Manager in daily finance operations
