Job Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Executive to handle financial transactions, reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Tally, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and be well-versed in GST, TDS and ITR filings in coordination with the CA office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
• Process invoices, payments and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS payments, and ITR filings in compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate with the CA office for tax filings, audits and financial reporting.
• Follow up on payments with clients.
• Vendor management, registration and payments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally for accounting and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge and basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and ITR filings.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a finance/accounting role.
• Understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance.
