Job Description
Role: Oracle Fusion Finance
Experience: 6+ years
Location: Bangalore, Pune, Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture financial processes and translate them into effective Fusion solutions.
- Perform gap analysis, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and end-user training.
- Support month-end/year-end activities, reconciliations, and system stabilization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrations, reporting, and workflow enhancements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and drive continuous improvements.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials
- Strong hands-on exposure to GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA
- Experience in financial reporting OTBI, FRS, SmartView
- Good understanding of approval workflows, configurations, and period management
- Ability to analyse financial requirements and propose best-practice solutions
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
