We are looking for a motivated Finance & Accounts Executive with a strong foundation in accounting principles and Excel. This role offers hands-on exposure to real business finance, reporting, reconciliation, and high-volume transaction management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping

Prepare and maintain Excel-based financial reports, MIS, and trackers

Handle reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and transaction records

Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation

Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies or irregularities

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Maintain accurate financial records with high levels of compliance

Manage and monitor end-to-end daily customer pay-ins and payouts, handling 50,000+ transactions per day with accuracy and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of Accounting concepts (Journal Entries, P&L, Balance Sheet, Reconciliation)

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)

Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of financial data

Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment
